When I left, I put flowers in for a food source in the event they hatched while I was gone. A few more to go, and this round of caterpillars to butterflies will be finis.

I put the flowers in so there would be food for these newly hatched butterflies until I return home or have Paul release them for me. And I’ve discovered the next round of caterpillars in the tropical milkweed.

I finally took the time to get my hummingbird feed I finally took the time to get my hummingbird feeder back online. I’ve missed watching the recordings of these little visitors.
I’m in love with these thunbergia (black-eyed Susa I’m in love with these thunbergia (black-eyed Susan vine). They are the stars of my summer flowers.
I wish I could figure out what’s going on with my I wish I could figure out what’s going on with my jalapeños. They are all this yellowish green and have been the same color since they were small. And now they are big and look like the perfect size to harvest. Did I really get jalapeños in this package? We may have to have Paul do a test test.
