My world was full of signs of spring today.
There’s no more iconical image of spring than a robin.
Well, unless it’s two robins.
The Canadian Geese are back enforce. Only in this case, they are accompanied by a lone snow goose who doesn’t seem to appreciate he’s a misfit.
A tiny wood duck joins along here – her return to the area another sign of spring.
And this view of the Machias River from Whitneyville from this morning? Not so much spring. Remember the robins!
We had a couple of robins who stayed for the winter but now the rest have come back. Our snow has finally melted away and looks like warmer temps this weekend.
