I don’t make a very good patient. I’ve been stuck home with bronchitis. In between naps, whining about being sick, and nagged about keeping my behind in bed, I worked on this little rooster.
Inspired by our Bantam roosters, Pepper and Clover, you can play with the colors of this felt ornament to match your own rooster. If you’re lucky enough to have one. If you don’t, let me know – we’ve got three and Pepper needs a new home!

Love this one too. I haven’t had time to make the chickens, but it will be fun to make a rooster to go in the hen house;) I hope you have a nice weekend and your weather up there will be as nice as ours.

Very very nice thank you to share the template…I try to make it for my little boy’s kindergarten…. they called the rooster Galletto Mozart!
Georgeous rooster, I made it for my daughter who loves roosters, to hang on her christmas tree, I made it double sided with a loop sewn to its back, so whichever way it turned it looked good.
I’ve taken some photos but haven’t yet figured out how to send them to you, sorry.
