Today we had our first measurable snow of the year. And Maine never seems to do things by half measures. What was predicted as two to five inches is now eight and we’ll likely get a bit more overnight. Hannah was filled with joy at the first school snow day. I reminded her that this means she’ll go another day longer in the summer. Summer is a long way off from her perspective.

Paul was able to give the snow plow a good workout. I won’t mention about him getting stuck and needing a bit of assistance getting out. Oh, well – at least I won’t post a picture!
